Welcome to RealSoul Visit India Pvt. Ltd. When you book our services, visit our website, or interact with us, you accept our Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before you proceed.


General Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between RealSoul Visit India Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the customer (“you,” “client,” or “traveler”) booking travel services with us.


Booking & Payments

a. Reservation Process

  • Bookings can be made online, by email, or via call.
  • A minimum deposit of [Insert % or INR/USD amount] is required to confirm any booking.
  • Full payment must be made [Insert no. of days] prior to the start of the tour.

b. Payment Methods

  • We accept Bank Transfer, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and International Transfers.
  • Any transaction fees, currency conversion, or bank charges are the client’s responsibility.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

a. By the Client

  • Cancellations must be sent via email.
  • Refunds are based on the time of cancellation:
    • 30+ days before departure: 80% refund
    • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
    • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
    • Less than 7 days: No refund

b. By the Company

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
  • Full refunds will be provided for cancellations initiated by the company, excluding force majeure.

Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.
  • We are not liable for any expenses arising from medical emergencies, lost luggage, delays, or cancellations unless covered by a separate insurance policy.

Passport, Visa & Documentation

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, visa, and all required travel documents.
  • We can assist with visa guidance but are not liable for visa refusals or delays.

Itinerary Changes

  • Itineraries are subject to change due to operational reasons.
  • We reserve the right to modify or substitute services, accommodations, or travel routes if necessary.
  • Any major changes will be communicated in advance.

Accommodation & Meals

  • Accommodations are as per the category selected (Standard, Deluxe, etc.).
  • Meals are provided as mentioned in the itinerary (MAP, AP, or CP plans).
  • Special requests (e.g., vegetarian meals) should be mentioned at the time of booking.

Code of Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow local laws, customs, and regulations.
  • We reserve the right to terminate the tour of any client causing disturbance or disrespect to the group or local communities.

Limitation of Liability

  • RealSoul Visit India is not responsible for:
    • Acts of God, weather conditions, or force majeure.
    • Delays, loss of baggage, or travel interruptions.
    • Injuries, illnesses, or accidents during the tour.
    • Services not directly organized by us (e.g., third-party hotels or airlines).

Use of Website

  • By using our website, you agree not to misuse the content, design, or functionality.
  • All intellectual property (text, photos, videos) is the property of RealSoul Visit India and cannot be used without permission.

Privacy

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We never sell or misuse your information.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be governed by Indian law.
  • The jurisdiction for all legal matters shall be the courts of New Delhi.
